US Orders

Free shipping on US orders over $139. Orders under $139 ship at the rate shown at checkout.

Most orders ship the next business day, Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend ship the following Monday.

At checkout you choose your shipping method, and the estimated delivery time is shown before you pay. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

International Orders

International orders ship from the US. Free shipping thresholds vary by country and are shown in the site banner and at checkout. At checkout you choose your carrier and service, and the estimated delivery time is shown before you pay.

Taxes and duties are shown at checkout. For most regions they are prepaid or included in your total, so there are no surprise charges on arrival. If your region is not covered, checkout will tell you before you complete your order.

Customs processing can occasionally add a few days.

Custom Products

Custom cameras are made to order in Taiwan and ship directly from there, whether your address is in the US or elsewhere. Expect about 10 business days from order to delivery.

This timeline depends on receiving your complete design files at the time of order. If files are missing or need revision, production starts once everything is in, and the delivery estimate moves accordingly.
