Our limited warranty covers your camera board for one year from the date of purchase. This is in addition to your rights under applicable consumer law.

After reviewing your claim, we may:
• Repair your camera with new parts, or send you the parts to replace.
• Replace it with the same model. If you'd like, you can also upgrade to a newer model for an extra fee.
• Refund the original purchase price once the camera board is returned.

Issues not covered by the warranty, like accidental damage, may still be repaired for a fee. We'll email you a quote first and only start once you confirm.

We’ll confirm any applicable shipping costs before you send your camera for service.

• Misuse, accidents, or improper handling
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Normal wear, like scratches and dents
• Natural disasters, extreme temperatures, moisture, or foreign objects getting inside
• Accessories, including cases, memory cards, and batteries

1. Email service@papershoot.com with your order number or receipt. Digital copies are fine.
2. Attach one short video showing these 5 steps:

• Remove any card from the back slot.
• Take the case off. Show us the camera board, then the SD card up close. Put the card back in.
• Take the batteries out and plug the camera into a power bank.
• Slide the mode switch all the way left.
• Press the shutter so we can hear it and see the lights.

3. We'll reply with the next steps in 1-2 business days.

This warranty covers orders from papershoot.com. For other purchases, contact the store or local agent you bought from. We can still repair cameras bought elsewhere. Email us for a quote.

Where allowed by law, our responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, or refund, and we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
