Most of our products can be returned within 30 days of fulfillment. To qualify for a standard return:
- The item must be in unused, good condition.
- All original parts and packaging must be included and fully intact.
- Products that have been unsealed or opened are not eligible for return.
We appreciate your understanding — this policy helps us ensure every customer receives a fresh, untouched product.

If you have already placed and received an order, please have the following information ready before visiting our Self-Service Return System to submit your request:
- order number (e.g., #PSXXXXOPS)
- photo of each item you wish to return
- purchaser’s email address
