Return & Cancellation Policy
EU Customers
In accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the cancellation function available in your order confirmation email or contact us at service@papershoot.com within 14 days of delivery. Upon cancellation, you will receive a confirmation via email.
You must return the item within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
Conditions for return within 14 days (Right of Withdrawal):
- Item must be unused and unopened in its original packaging
- All original parts, accessories, documentation, and packaging must be included and fully intact
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Original outbound shipping costs will not be deducted from your refund
- Your refund will include the full product price including VAT
Paper Shoot reserves the right to assess the condition of returned items. If a returned item shows signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, we reserve the right to deduct a depreciation amount from the refund, or decline the return if the item is deemed unsaleable.
Conditions for return between 15–30 days (Extended Return Policy):
- Item must be unused and unopened in its original packaging
- All original parts, accessories, documentation, and packaging must be included and fully intact
- Outbound and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund:
- US orders: USD $12–$18
- International orders: USD $30–$50 depending on destination
- Import duties and taxes are non-refundable; customers are responsible for reclaiming these through their local customs authority
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate your refund within 7 business days of confirmation. Please note that the time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, and can take an additional 5–10 business days.
All Customers — Standard Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the shipment date, subject to the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- All original parts, accessories, documentation, and packaging must be included and fully intact
- Outbound and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund:
- US orders: USD $12–$25
- International orders: USD $30–$50 depending on destination
- Import duties and taxes are non-refundable; customers are responsible for reclaiming these through their local customs authority
- US customers: Sales tax will be refunded in full
Please note: Defective or damaged items are not eligible for the standard return process. If you received a defective or damaged item, please refer to our Defective & Damaged Item Policy below.
All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Paper Shoot reserves the right to refuse a refund or assess a restocking fee if the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or is missing original parts and packaging.

Defective & Damaged Item Policy
If your item arrived defective or was damaged in transit, please do not submit a standard return request. Contact us at service@papershoot.com within 30 days of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Purchaser's email address
- Photos clearly showing the defect or damage
Our team will review your case and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation. We will cover all shipping costs related to defective or damaged item returns.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please use our self-service return portal. Have the following ready before you begin:
- Order number
- Purchaser's email address
- Photos of the item(s) you wish to return
