Troubleshooting

Camera emit an error sound?

 

  • Ensure you use a standard SD memory card (up to 128 GB).
  • Format the SD card before using it:
13MP Camera: exFAT
16MP Camera : WINDOWS – FAT32 / MAC OS – MS DOS FAT
18MP Camera : WINDOWS – FAT32 / MAC OS – MS DOS FAT
  • Remove the SD and re-insert, push the SD card to the end of the slot.
  • Try another SD card that’ under 128GB, ensure you unlock the SD card and format it before use.
  • When using a WiFi SD card, please connect to a USB power source to read the WiFi SD card wirelessly.
 
  • Replace the batteries with new ones.
  • When using rechargeable batteries, just connect the camera to a USB plug / Power bank with the USB cable to charge.  The green LED on the side will light up during the charging, and will go off after the charging 
    is complete.

No response after pressing the shutter?

  1. Remove the camera's batteries.
  2. Connect the camera to a power bank or USB plug using the USB cable (avoid PC or laptop).
  3. Ensure the power is on and set the color filter to the first mode.
  4. Press the shutter button to take test photos.
  5. Connect to a PC or laptop to check photo saving.

No photo saved on the SD card?

Format the SD card before using it:

    13MP Camera(upto  32GB) :FAT32
    16MP Camera(upto  64GB) :WINDOWS – FAT32 / MAC OS – exFAT
    18MP Camera(upto 128GB):WINDOWS – FAT32 / MAC OS – exFAT

    Check Before Use

    1.Confirm that the Micro SD Card is inserted into the adapter and is unlock.

    Format the SD with the following setting:

    - MAC OS -

    1.Click Disk Utility

    2.Select your SD card or hard drive, and press the "Erase" button.

    3.Select the format MS-DOS (FAT32)

    4.After confirming, press the "Erase" button.

     

    - Windows OS -

    1.Right-click on your memory card or hard drive.

    2.Select the Fat32 (Default) format.

    3.Press OK to erase all data on the SD card.

     

    Replace the batteries with new ones.

      Black or damaged photo file?

      • Replace the batteries with new ones.

        is complete.

      Can't charge the camera?

      • Make sure you are using rechargeable batteries. You can only charge the camera with rechargeable batteries.
      • Use a USB plug or power bank (Output higher than 1.0 A ) for charging.
      • Do not connect to PC/Laptop for charging.
      • Use a different USB cable and test if it can charge properly.
      • The green LED on the side will light up during the charging, and will go off after the charging is complete.

      • There is still capacity fading of the rechargeable batteries, you still need to replace them with the new ones if the batteries are worn out.
