- Make sure the batteries are inserted to the correct polarity.
- Press the shutter, 2 blue LEDs on the back will flash once with a shutter sound (not an error sound), which indicates the photo has been taken properly.

Troubleshooting
- Ensure you use a standard SD memory card (up to 128 GB).
- Format the SD card before using it:
13MP Camera: exFAT
16MP Camera : WINDOWS – FAT32 / MAC OS – MS DOS FAT - 18MP Camera : WINDOWS – FAT32 / MAC OS – MS DOS FAT
- Remove the SD and re-insert, push the SD card to the end of the slot.
- Try another SD card that’ under 128GB, ensure you unlock the SD card and format it before use.
- When using a WiFi SD card, please connect to a USB power source to read the WiFi SD card wirelessly.
- Replace the batteries with new ones.
- When using rechargeable batteries, just connect the camera to a USB plug / Power bank with the USB cable to charge. The green LED on the side will light up during the charging, and will go off after the charging
is complete.
- Please do the following self-testing :
1. Remove the batteries
2. Connect the camera from the Micro-USB port on the side to a power bank/USB plug with the USB cable. (Note: Do not connect to PC/Laptop instead. )
3. Make sure the power is on and the color filter switch is on the first mode.
4. Press the shutter to test.If the camera works fine, just replace the batteries with rechargeable or new Alkaline ones.
We highly suggest using rechargeable batteries, as they are of better quality and stay charged up for longer. Sometimes batteries that you just purchase from the store can already be in the “low battery” stage. This can happen due to shelf time, sunlight, the temperature they are stored in, etc.
If the camera is still not working, please send a cloud link of the testing clip to service@papershoot.com, and our technical support staff will help you to fix the issue.
